storage location. We supply the media, storage, backup software, and labor.
Benefit: off-site redundant storage of your data protects it from theft, fire, flood, etc. at your location.
This isolates your
data from your computer, protecting it from:

inadvertent modification/corruption/deletion

This is a level of protection that cloud backup services don’t
provide. Cloud services are susceptible to:

data corruption at your computer (i.e. the corrupted data gets backed up, clobbering your previous good copy)
