If a technician can not solve the problem at hand, no charges will
apply. Service-related complaints must be received
within 72 hours of the time of service by phone, email, or in writing.
If a technician is unable to resolve the issue within five business
days from the time of the complaint, service fees will be refunded.
All new parts provided by H Street Business Solutions as part of a repair
or upgrade are guaranteed for 90 days. Problem hardware will be replaced
with an equivalent or superior model at no extra charge; however, if the
suspect hardware can be shown to be functional, then this will be treated
and billed as a normal service call. Used parts are not guaranteed; however they
are tested at the time of installation to ensure proper function.
Limits of Liability
H Street Business Solutions will not be held liable in the
event of mishap not due to negligence for more than the resale value of the hardware.
H Street Business Solutions will not be held liable at any time
for data and software stored on the client’s computer. A technician
will provide data backup services at charge if requested
Payment is due upon completion of work. The client is
entitled to a demonstration of completed service. If the client is not on
the premises during an on-site visit or drop-off, he or she declines that
right. Payment is due in the form of personal check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Billing is available for businesses by prior agreement.
Cancellation of on-site visits must be made by phone or email with 24 hours prior to appointment time.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $25.
Cancellation less than an hour before appointment time, as well as not being present for an on-site visit will incur a fee of $50.

H Street Business Solutions reserves the right to acquire computer hardware and electronic parts left on the premises
after 90 days following notification of completion of labor.
Pick-up and drop-off of computers for in-shop work is charged $29-$59 depending on location. This includes reconnection and testing. This does not include testing
of printers, scanners, or other external peripherals.
